This presentation delves into the strategies and best practices that can transform routine check-ins into meaningful and impactful interactions.  Participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to elevate the effectiveness of employee check-ins, ultimately contributing to a more engaged, motivated, and high-performing workforce.

    Speaker Bio:  

    Denise Garman, Senior HR Consultant, joined Hubric Resources, LLC in April 2023.   She has over 25 years of HR experience and specializes in assisting clients with leadership training and coaching, employee relations, HR audits, employee handbooks, and policy/procedure review and development.  Denise completed her BSBA with an HR concentration from Shippensburg University and has her MBA from Temple University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Denise has a passion for growing and developing the leadership and HR skills in others.
