About Us

    As an affiliate of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Hanover Area Human Resource Association will partner with businesses in the greater Hanover area to:  expand Human Resource skills and knowledge through training and education; networking with HR and business professionals; exchange ideas, information and experiences; and other support services.

     

    Meet HAHRA's Officers



    The Human Resource Association (HAHRA) is proud to announce the Officers.  Pictured from left to right: Lynneah Smith, President; Ashley Zinn, Treasurer; Zulma Mendez, Secretary. 

     

    Lynneah Smith, President: Lynneah graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. She earned her Master’s of Science in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College in December 2018 and looks forward to continuing her education in the future. Lynneah began her HR career in the recruiting and staffing industry in 2015 and has since held recruitment and HR management positions in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. She has been a member of HAHRA since 2016 and serves as the co-chair to the Workforce Development Committee in addition to her new role as President. 

    Ashley Zinn, Treasurer: Ashley graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and later completed her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Walden University. Her career in Human Resources began in Austin, Texas with St. David’s Healthcare in 2010. Since 2017, Ashley has worked with WellSpan Health as a Senior Human Resources Director and holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-CP certifications. Ashley joined HAHRA in 2016 and serves as the chair to the Legislative Committee. Ashley and her family reside in Hanover. Her family enjoys supporting Delone Catholic Cross Country and Track & Field programs along with traveling and spending time outdoors.
