    Program Overview:

Burnout isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a slow fade that drains energy, dulls purpose, and quietly erodes workplace culture. If you or your team feel like you’re running on fumes, you’re not alone—and more importantly, there’s a way through it.

In this session, we’ll explore how burnout truly develops, uncovering the  subtle warning signs before they become full-blown crises. Through real-world examples, you’ll learn how to recognize the different stages of burnout and understand how they impact not only individual well-being but the health of your entire organization.

We’ll also take a close look at how burnout quietly chips away at culture, connection, and engagement—and what you can do to stop it. You’ll leave with practical, actionable strategies to build a workplace that supports energy, restores meaning, and helps people (including you) feel fully alive at work again.

Because reengagement doesn’t start with another program—it starts with caring for our energy, together.
