Good Faith is a legal concept that will help protect you and your organization if you are ever investigated, sued or audited.

Ever wonder what to do when Federal and State Employment Laws conflict? Want to ensure you are right more of the time?

Want to help protect yourself as an HR person, even when the company is choosing to do “it” wrong?

In this presentation we will discuss how to research and create documentation that will help you protect yourself and the organization.

This will be a “How to” on conducting and demonstrating due diligence.

    Employee Classification

    Fair Labor Standards Act

    Family Medical Leave Act

    Americans with Disabilities Act
