    WEBINAR MEETING DETAILS:

In this engaging program, we are preparing businesses and leaders to manage the transition back to work with an eye toward thriving, not just surviving.

Are your leaders prepared to empathically lead staff back to productivity and engagement both remotely and in person?

We know businesses have been financially effected and are looking to recoup any losses as soon as possible. It is for this reason that we created a timely and targeted program to enable just that; fast assimilation of changes and a roadmap to quickly return to high yield productivity and employee engagement.

In support of returning to a productive and engaged workforce (and even enhancing culture), we have developed “Thriving Through Change”.

We all want to return to “normal” but how and when we get there, has a tremendous impact on employee job satisfaction and productivity.

Now is the time leaders are expected to demonstrate empathic support for employees and fellow leaders. We have prepared for you the resources to do just that!

    This developmental program includes:

Emotional Intelligence Seminar – understanding our own emotions and that of others allows leaders to meet their employees where they are and guide them to where we desire them to be regarding performance goals and alignment to organizational purpose.

Dialogue Workshop – an incredibly powerful workshop, empowers attendees with the tools of effective communication (Listen, Respect, Suspend Judgement and Voice), establishing a vision of “How” we will achieve our purpose and process current change, as well as difficult situations. This is a program used by global leaders in times of crisis and conflict to reconcile diverse perspectives to create a unified vision of the future.

Adaptive Change Management – if there’s one thing we recognize is the change this crisis has created for all of us. We don’t always respond positively and productively to change. Many default to the normal response of self-protectionism which, shuts us down and takes us out of our normal behavior. The sooner we can “accept” the change and determine how we want to operate in the new environment, the sooner we can return to being positive and productive in benefit of organizational purpose. Adaptive change management gives you the tools to manage any change you are facing now and in the future. We have provided an opportunity here to make sure your organization comes out of this crisis stronger than ever before!

You don’t have to do this alone, we are all in this together!

How we respond to this crisis will either strengthen or weaken our teams. HR Evolution provides you the tools to strengthen your team and leaders virtually or in person.
