Speaker Bio:

Theresa Mongiovi is a partner at Brubaker Connaughton Goss & Lucarelli LLC, and the Chair of the firm's Employment and Labor Law Department.  She concentrates her practice in representing businesses, municipalities, non-profits and executives in all aspects of the employment relationship.  Theresa helps clients with employment and business counseling, employee manuals, discipline and termination, workplace investigations, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employee misconduct and theft, policy development, and discrimination defense. She also represents clients in business and commercial litigation, including enforcement and defense of non-competition agreements.
