    Far too often, compensation package budgets can be hampered by compensation creep.

    Not having salary thresholds in place, and continuing to provide COLA increases without a corresponding increase in a level of responsibility places companies in a tough labor cost predicament. This can negatively impact a company’s ability to compete on projects, and could potentially lead to violations of FAR requirements.
