Businesses talk about disengaged employees as being the biggest danger to productivity and growth, but what happens when the disengaged employees are the managers and leaders of the business?
This session will explore ways to engage management-level employees to strive for greatness and find the desire to foster growth among their teams, including tactics for:
- professional growth,
- performance management, and
- leadership development
