    Speaker Bio:

    Kim Kerrigan has held HR Management positions for over fifteen years and is currently the Vice President, Human Resources - Manufacturing for Sheridan.  Kim joined HAHRA in 2001 and has held many roles over the years.  She served as Chairperson on Membership Committee, volunteers on the Chapter Certification Committee and currently serves as Vice President and Co-chairperson on the Professional Development Committee.  Kim is an advocate for continuing education and is a volunteer instructor for the Hanover Area Management Association and has served as their Education Chairperson.

    Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado Technical University in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and her Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Post University.  Kim holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources SPHR an SHRM-CSP certifications.  Kim is originally from the Philadelphia area and now resides in the York area since 1999 with her husband.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys music, reading, outdoor sports, and spending time with her family; especially her grandson.
