    Conflict is a normal part of life and work, thus learning how to effectively resolve conflict rather than avoid it or mismanage it is the key to success!  In this dynamic an interactive session, Julie Kowalski of Spizzerinctum Group, will teach the skills required to effectively resolve conflict and strengthen relationships with bosses, team members, subordinates, coworkers and even customers.

    We will discuss the most common causes of workplace conflict, and how to manage them using proven methods and tools.  We will sees what happens when conflict is avoided and crucial conversations don't happen.  Finally, we will walk away with new skills and tools ot help us immediately improve our communication skills and comfort level with conflict and crucial conversations allowing us to step up to the challenge!
