FLSA Proposed Changes and Avoiding Classification Mistakes

The Department of Labor has proposed some drastic changes to the way you are required to pay your employees.  By way of example, in order to maintain the exempt status of certain employees, you may now be required to more than double their salary.  This presentation will provide you with what you need to know and do to prepare for these upcoming changes and commom mistakes employers make when classifying employees as exempt versus non-exempt.
