The NLRB has changed its election procedure for determining whether employees wanted to be represented by a union. These changes have consequences for both employers and employees. This presentation will explain what has happened and how to prepare for the predicted increase in union organizing.
About our speaker:
Paul M Lusky is of counsel with Ford & Harrison LLP, a law firm with 29 offices across the country. Mr. Lusky's office is located in Baltimore, MD. The Firm's practice is limited to the representation of management in all areas of labor, employment and benefits law.
Mr. Lusky is a magna cum laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits and in the United States Supreme Court. He has also represented numerous clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
