Future of Recruiting; Solving the Talent Shortage

The talent shortage is on the forefront of every HR leader's mind. We are in an unrivaled competitive market where employer branding and early candidate experience is critical. Candidates want the “Amazon Prime” experience and the ease of joining your team may be ever more important than what you have to offer (That hurts, we know!).

Kurt Trost will review what innovative companies are doing across the country to overcome this issue. He will challenge long-held misconceptions and cover new strategies to add to your recruiting toolkit. He will also ask you to think about the future of hiring in a new way. Kurt will teach in workshop format, using local case studies from our membership to guide our learning!

    Key Topics Include:

    • Success in a Candidate Driven Market
    • Selling the Opportunity; create YOUR selling statements
    • Local Case Studies; what is your candidate experience saying about YOU?
    • Effective Online Job Posting & Digital Sourcing
    • Social Media Recruitment; Become a company worth knowing
    • Three Pillars of Success- Recruiting Strategies
